What's Your Story?
I’m a local RE/MAX agent and I don’t have to tell you that it’s a tough market out there. As agents, we’re working 3 times as hard for half as much money. That said, my business was doing okay and I really wasn’t looking for a business opportunity.I started using the Rodan + Fields AntiAge product at the end of last year but insisted on paying full retail because I didn’t want a commitment. After using AntiAge for 7 months, I wanted to try Reverse. I decided to sign up because I thought if anyone mentioned anything about my skin, it might be nice to collect some pocket change.
Then I did some research about the company & products and really started getting excited. My serial entrepreneur instincts kicked in and I knew that if ever there was a time to get onboard, no matter how busy I was, it was now. I did not want to say "shoulda woulda coulda" in five years and I signed up for their first Convention later that night.
Besides being a Realtor, I’m a former U.S. Marine. About 2 years ago I reconnected with my Marine past and have become actively involved veteran organizations, which I love. I’m particularly passionate about women Veterans and I’m excited to share the Rodan + Fields opportunity to empower and help make a difference in their lives.

Preparing for X-Treme X-Plosion
If Friday was all about products and new launches, Saturday was all about the consultants, motivating them with new bonuses and incentives, and more importantly, how the Corporate team could make our jobs easier.
The afternoon was devoted to introducing Pulse, a two-website system with a phenomenal backend office that revolutionizes the direct selling management experience. Rodan + Fields will do for the direct selling industry what they did for infomercials when they first launched Proactiv. With tools at our disposal like company email, follow-ups & campaigns, notifications & reports, how can we not succeed?
The highlights of the convention wrap-up was hearing that 1) on September 30th, Rodan + Fields sold more products in total than they sold in all of January '09 and 2) Founding Consultant Kris Fairless' distribution line sold more products this year than the entire time they were Nordstrom's #1 clinical line!
Rodan + Fields Dermatologists has paid out over $2 million in commissions to Consultants since the beginning of this year and we've only just begun to scratch the surface. We are in the foundation building stage of this ground floor opportunity. I'm so relieved I'm onboard and won't have to say "shoulda woulda coulda" when they are a multi-billion dollar company!
